A world renowned resort, La Clusaz is the favourite hangout of two of the 8 world champions that come from this Upper Savoy resort : Edgar Grospiron and Guy Perillat. La Cluzas is a young resort as well as an authentic mountain village. Equipped in 2007 with a Telemix, the resort is being modernised and is at the top of French resorts. Overlooking the Aravis massifs and the Confins valley, La Clusaz welcomes all skiers. Its ski domain spreads out over 128km of marked slopes of alpine ski and 70km of cross country trails. The two plateau, Les Confins and Les Confins-Vallée du Bouchet are remarkable for cross country hikes. The resort is equipped with a few dozen snowmaking machines, which enable you to speed down the slopes all year round, day and night.
